If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or engage our services. The materials on this website are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.

01 — Use of this website

You are permitted to view the content on this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reproduce any materials from this website without prior written permission

  • Use any content for commercial purposes or public display without authorisation

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software or functionality on this website

  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from any materials

  • Mirror or redistribute any content on another server or platform

Typza reserves the right to terminate access to this website for any user found to be in breach of these terms.

02 — Services

Typza offers web design, SEO content, and digital growth services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are agreed in writing prior to work beginning — either through a signed proposal, contract document, or written confirmation via email.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. All service agreements are formed only upon written confirmation from both parties.

03 — Payment terms

Monthly retainer

The monthly retainer is charged automatically via Stripe on the same date each month. By agreeing to a retainer engagement, you authorise Typza to collect this payment on a recurring basis until the engagement is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Performance fee

A performance fee is payable for each qualified lead received above the agreed baseline. The fee rate is agreed and locked in writing at the start of the engagement."

Agreed lead value and baseline

The agreed lead value and monthly baseline are locked in writing at the start of the engagement. The baseline may be renegotiated at the end of a 6-month contract period based on the average qualified lead count of the preceding 3 months. Any change to the baseline requires written agreement from both parties.

Partnership fee

Where a partnership fee applies, this is payable on day one of the engagement. For clients on the 6-month commitment option, the partnership fee is waived. If the engagement is terminated before the end of the 6-month period, the partnership fee becomes due immediately in full.

Foundation Site

For fixed-price Foundation Site projects, a 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion and before the site goes live.

04 — Qualified lead definition

For the purposes of performance fee calculation, a qualified lead is defined as an enquiry that meets all of the following criteria:

  • Submitted by a person providing a real first and last name

  • Includes a valid phone number with the correct digit count for the relevant country

  • Contains a service description of a minimum of 10 words describing a specific need

  • Received during a period where organic traffic is within 70% of the prior 3-month average

For new sites with no prior traffic history, the baseline is set at zero. For existing sites, the baseline is the agreed average monthly qualified lead count at the time of signing, locked in writing.

Any dispute regarding lead qualification must be raised in writing within 14 days of the relevant invoice.

05 — The Delivery Guarantee

If the full converting website and all agreed pages are not fully built and live within the agreed build window after receiving your completed onboarding form.

Option 1: A full refund of every payment made to date. You keep everything built. Option 2: We complete the remaining pages at no additional charge, and additional retainer months are provided free of charge as agreed in writing at the start.

The build clock starts from the date we receive your completed onboarding form. Delays caused by the client failing to provide required information, assets, or approvals within 5 business days of request will pause the clock for the duration of that delay.

This guarantee applies to the Compound Growth System only and is available to clients on the 6-month commitment option.

06 — Cancellation

Rolling month-to-month retainer (month 7 onwards)

After the initial 6-month contract period, the retainer continues on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may cancel at any time by providing written notice before the next scheduled charge date. No further charges will be made after notice is received.

6-month commitment

If you cancel before the end of the 6-month contract period, the waived partnership fee becomes due immediately. You will be invoiced for this amount and payment is required within 14 days. All assets and pages built to that point remain yours in full.

Foundation Site

Cancellation of a Foundation Site project after work has begun forfeits the 50% deposit. If cancellation occurs after the final invoice has been issued, the full remaining balance remains due.

07 — Ownership and intellectual property

Upon receipt of all agreed payments, the client owns the completed website, all pages, and all written content produced by Typza for that engagement. Full ownership transfers to the client on final payment.

Typza retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and use it in marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the start of the engagement.

Any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or platform licences used in the build remain subject to their own terms and the client is responsible for maintaining any ongoing licences required to operate the site.

08 — Client responsibilities

To deliver the agreed work on time, we require the client to:

  • Complete the onboarding form accurately and in full before work begins

  • Provide any requested assets, information, or approvals within 5 business days of request

  • Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to Typza are owned by the client or that the client has the right to use them

  • Notify Typza promptly of any factual errors in content before or after the site goes live

Typza does not conduct open-ended feedback rounds on design or copy. Our process is built on expertise and proven conversion principles. If something is factually incorrect — a phone number, address, or specific claim — we will correct it immediately.
